Lush Cosmetics: Currently Using

While Lush isn't exactly on the cheap side of bath and beauty products out on the market these days, I do allow myself a splurge on the occasion and Lush products are beautifully made and have some attractive qualities to their philosophy: They use fresh products, are handmade with love (You can see an actual picture/drawing of the person who made and/or packaged your product), and do not test their products on animals!

I just recently bought myself a haul of Lush items this past week, and I would like to share a few that I am currently loving.

Brightside bubble bar. If you know me, you know that my preferred fragrance profile is floral and citrus. The Brightside bubble bar satisfies that for me with mandarin, bergamot, and tangerine oils. The bar is a bright orange and yellow swirl of goodness. In case you didn't know, the best way to use a bubble bar ( as opposed to how you should use a bath bomb) is to run the water for your bath and have the water over the bubble bar, which will create the bubbles and fancy colors in the bath for you.

Lucky Cat bath bomb. I bought Lucky Cat *mostly* because it is just so darn cute. Is it not?? She smells delightful, though! As you can see, this bath bomb is pretty in pink and glittery, which leaves a rosy and sparkly touch to your bath when you use it. It smells of Jasmine, ylang ylang (floral and relaxing), and neroli oil ( a bit of a citrus-y scent). With a bath bomb, you will want to add it to your bath AFTER you have filled your tub with water and let it work its magic.

Rose Butterfly bath bomb. Packed with lemon and rose aromas, this bath bomb features cornstarch and cream of tartar to leave your skin silky smooth after you relax into the pink and purple bath soak.
